About me:

I have been with the firm since 1993 and qualified in October 1995. I became a partner in 1999. I am now head the Residential Property, having spent the first 20 years of my career as a Family Law specialist in private law, children’s work and domestic abuse. Changes in the structure of the firm and a desire for a new challenge led to my decision to return to property work which I had undertaken in the earlier part of my career- challenging and fast paced in a very different way to Family Law.

What can I do for you?

I have worked on a wide variety of projects both locally and around the country, building good relationships with agents and professional colleagues working collaboratively to achieve the same goal – a swift, seamless process for all your residential property needs. I have gained  wide experience in all aspects of residential property transactions, predominantly dealing with the  purchase or sale of  freehold or leasehold property, re-mortgaging property and dealing with transfers of property. My experience in family law has been particularly helpful in dealing with transfers of property as part of separation or divorce proceedings as I understand the legal processes involved and requirements of complying with court orders. I am proud of the fact that many of the professionals and colleagues I dealt with as a family lawyer refer their clients to me a safe and understanding pair of hands to deal with their property requirements. I also have vast experience of dealing with the more challenging issues in property transactions, including issues with defects in titles and listed buildings.
