About me:

I qualified as a solicitor in 1998 at a Hertfordshire law firm. In 2002 I became a partner and subsequently a director of that firm before joining Thomson Webb & Corfield in 2020. I am also a Notary Public dealing with multi-jurisdictional private and commercial documents for Technology and Pharmaceutical companies.

What can I do for you?

While I undertake a mix of work at Thomson Webb & Corfield, I predominantly work in the Corporate and Commercial Services team. This includes:

Buying and selling companies and businesses
The sale or purchase of the client banks of independent financial advisers
Advising directors of insolvent and potentially insolvent businesses.
Agreements between business owners
Commercial contracts
Terms and conditions of contracts
Fundraising and Investment Agreements

My clients come from across the region and range from sole traders to large private limited companies, within industries from retail, professional, pharmaceutical, technology and manufacture.
