About me:

I started at the firm as a trainee in 2005. When I qualified as a Solicitor in 2007, I joined the Conveyancing Department.

What can I do for you?

I deal with all aspects of residential conveyancing: sales, purchases, mortgages, lease extensions and transfers of equity.

My particular areas of expertise are shared ownership purchases and the Help-to-Buy Scheme. I often receive referrals from estate agents and housing associations. Thomson Webb & Corfield is one of just two Cambridge law firms on the panel for Key Homes East, part of Bedfordshire Pilgrim Housing Association.

I can really help first-time-buyers, because I know how these schemes work and I offer good and clear advice from the outset. My experience makes the process more efficient, so even though there are often strict time-scales to meet, we try to always meet them.

Why come to us?

Cambridge has a very buoyant housing market and it is tough to get a foot on the ladder. It is really nice to help people who would not ordinarily have that chance to do so.

What our clients say:

“I received  an efficient, professional service. Claire was easy to get hold of and if I left a message she always got back to me. I was kept informed of events and Annette was very helpful. Claire is really great and had a sympathetic ear when I was getting stressed!”
