About me:

I joined the firm in 2005 and I have been a partner since 2010.  I studied at the College of Law in York and trained in a high street practice in London.

What can I do for you?

I undertake a mixture of private client work and residential conveyancing. I draft wills, administer estates, assist with Lasting Powers of Attorney and Court of Protection applications, and administer and draft trusts.  My conveyancing work includes residential sales, purchases and re-mortgages.

Covering these two aspects of law enables me to offer a unique service. Administering estates, for example, often involves the transfer of property. Or, clients may use the sale or purchase of a property as an opportunity to organise their affairs. In both these situations, my expertise ensures I can deal with it all. I am also able to take on complex cases, such as the sale a house with a difficult power of attorney.

Why come to us?

We are extremely approachable and offer good value. We are also easily accessible and someone will always try to speak to you right away. You will also be able to park!

Talking about personal circumstances or family arrangements can be difficult. I am here to make that as easy as I can for my clients, while still protecting their interests. When you are dealing with issues like Lasting Powers of Attorney, you need to be a defender of your client. I make sure I always do that.

My clients trust me because they have come back and they continue to come back, bringing recommendations with them.

What clients say:

A very good service and David always made time to talk to me.  I have used Thomson Webb & Corfield 4 different times and excellent every time.”
