I joined Thomson Webb and Corfield in 2014 as part of the Residential Property Department. In 2016 I moved to our Commercial Property team.
I became an Associate in 2017.
What can I do for you?
I deal with various residential and commercial property matters including sales and acquisitions, site set up for new developments, property finance and other general property-related issues. My clients include individuals, companies, developers, lenders and charities.
My work involves a wide range of properties, involving freehold and leasehold, registered and non-registered, new build and shared-ownership properties.
My experience of acting on both residential and commercial matters has given me the ability to consider the wider aspects of a transaction and an attention to detail which is particularly valuable going forward to future dealings. Understanding the transaction from the position of both parties means I work collaboratively with all parties to help you achieve the right outcome.
I appreciate how overwhelming a property transaction can be and I strive to be approachable and straightforward and not bamboozle clients with legal terms. I believe in finding practical solutions to problems to ensure your transaction proceeds as smoothly as possible.
Why come to us?
I came to Thomson Webb & Corfield because, although it’s not a huge firm, it had a reputation for “punching above its weight”. Each member of our firm has their own specialist knowledge and we work very closely as a team to provide a high quality service which caters for all our clients’ needs.
We understand that, in the end, our clients just want their matter dealt with professionally and efficiently and they want to have direct contact with someone who knows their file. That is what happens here. You can speak to your solicitor or their secretary; you are not passed around the organisation. We see your matter through from beginning to end because if we were clients, that is what we would be looking for.
