I am a partner in the Residential Property team in Cambridge.
I am also a member of the Law Society’s Property Section.
What can I do for you?
Having lived and worked as a property solicitor in Cambridge for around 35 years I have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market which has proved invaluable when dealing with transactions in the locality. During this time I have built up strong links with local estate agents, house-builders and financial advisors.
I carry out conveyancing on all types of property throughout the country but increasingly I have built up a reputation for dealing with high value transactions and have a large and growing client base in this area.
I work closely with other lawyers in the firm to draw upon their legal expertise in other areas such as trusts and probate or commercial property work to ensure that you receive the best legal advice to suit your individual requirements.
Why come to us?
At Thomson Webb & Corfield we know that the quality of law firms involved in residential conveyancing varies enormously. That is why we have sought to stand out from the crowd by offering a quality service to all our clients that ensures your transaction is handled either by an experienced solicitor or a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.
Our business has grown from our reputation and the many recommendations we get from existing clients, and from the local professionals we deal with on a regular basis. It is therefore very important to us that we keep delivering impressive results and a excellent service to all our clients .
What clients say:
“Tim handled what was a tricky transaction with skill, sensitivity and professionalism. Kelly was prompt with efficient support and good communication.”

“Tim is a pleasure to work with – helpful, efficient, knowledgeable and ready to offer advice without overstepping the mark and making you feel he is controlling your business. Please don’t retire soon Tim!”
