Pippa is a Partner and leads the Commercial Property department, specialising in many aspects of property work including acquisitions of sites for development, sales and purchases and leases. She also deals with complex overage and clawback agreements, option agreements and conditional contracts. She also has additional expertise and experience in asset sales and purchases. She is a city member of the Cambridgeshire and District Law Society.
