Sharon joined the Firm in 2003 and specialises in Residential Conveyancing.

She has worked in the Conveyancing Department of local law firm's since 1988 and is a member of the Institute of Legal Executives. Sharon deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including buying and selling both freehold and leasehold properties, mortgages, further advances and shared equity transactions, acting for both private individuals, Companies and Banks.

She represents a number of local developers and Property Companies in connection with their residential property matters.
