The specialist criminal department deals with the whole range of prosecutions which come before the Crown Court and Magistrates Courts. We provide a full advocacy service and are committed to applying for legal aid wherever possible. Whether the problem arises from a driving infringement or a more serious criminal prosecution we will be in a position to help. We can also assist in prosecutions brought by Customs and Excise for tax evasion in respect of all matters of goods that attract duty and also prosecutions brought by the Department of Social Security in respect of benefit fraud.

Help is always available for attending interviews at police stations without charge to you even out of office hours. The local police station hold out of office telephone numbers for our department and will contact us at your request. Always seek advice before such an interview.
