We are able to offer advice and assistance to married and unmarried clients. The breakdown of any relationship can be an extremely difficult and confusing time and we are able to offer advice upon issues relating to cohabitation, divorce and separation.

Clients often need specialist advice in relation to their children, who can be the subject of difficult disputes upon the breakdown of a relationship. We aim to deal with all children issues as sensitively as possible and our aim is to promote mediation and agreement to avoid the need for court proceedings where at all possible. The members of our family department are both members of the Solicitors Family Law Association, which promotes these principles.

We also offer advice regarding financial issues arising from the breakdown of a relationship, particularly with regard to the family home.

We can also advise you on family protection, domestic violence, injunctions, wardship, adoption, child and care proceedings.

We hold a franchise enabling us to offer advice to clients eligible for public funding, as well as private clients.
