About me:
After obtaining a 2:1 degree in law from The University of Sheffield in 2008 and then completing the Legal Practice Course at Nottingham Law School in 2009, I joined Thomson Webb & Corfield as a trainee. I qualified as a Solicitor in 2011 and became a Partner in 2016. I am part of the Dispute Resolution and Litigation team and the Employment team in conjunction with Steven Hollis. I also work alongside Philip Speer and Brendan O’Brien on Corporate and Commercial Services matters.
What can I do for you?
I deal with disputes of all kinds and all values. This might be related to property, negligence, employment advice, debt recovery, partnership agreements or commercial contracts.
I have particular expertise in property-related disputes, including rights of way and covenants.
I can sit down with you and help identify the relevant issues in your scenario. My focus is on understanding what you are trying to achieve and presenting achievable options. Often the biggest barrier to settling a case is that someone, somewhere, is being unrealistic.
Why come to us?
I work closely with my colleagues to provide a coordinated service focused on client satisfaction.
I enjoy the variety of cases we deal with and the opportunity to work on something new.
Clients often come to me with cases that are full of emotion. I provide a sympathetic ear but I am also straight talking when it comes to my legal advice.
What clients say:
“Adam is brilliantly quick and efficient. Having a lawyer at hand is not a bad idea! Thanks again for the prompt effective and efficient response.”
