About me
After 9 years working for a large commercial firm in Sussex as a paralegal and later a Legal Executive in the Utilities department, I qualified as a Solicitor in 2014. After qualification, I worked for a firm in Peterborough before joining the Commercial Property team at Thomson Webb and Corfield in 2019.
What can I do for you?
I deal with all aspects of commercial property and have a wealth of experience in acting for a wide range of clients, both corporate and individuals and a broad range of transactions, particularly in dealing with finance matters.
I can assist clients with all matters relating to commercial leases (acting for landlords and tenants), purchases and sales of commercial property, sales and purchases of land for development purposes, option agreements, overage agreements and promotion agreements.
In my previous role, I acted for a bank in the refinance of 6 properties for a loan of over £6 million, which involved both registered and unregistered land, residential and agricultural and various title issues, which had to be resolved prior to completion.
I have also acted on various large scale projects for solar panel companies, where I had to review and report on over 100 titles within a narrow time-frame.
