About me:

I have a degree in Physiological Sciences from the University of Newcastle upon Tyne and went on to obtain a Post-graduate Diploma in Law at the University of East Anglia, qualifying as a solicitor in 2005.  I joined Thomson Webb and Corfield in February 2016 and was promoted to the position of Partner in 2018.

What I can do for you:

I have extensive experience in all aspects of residential property transactions, if you require assistance with a purchase or sale of leasehold or freehold property, whether that property be registered or not, or if you are re-mortgaging,  exercising your right to buy or buying through one of the government schemes then I will be able to help.

Through working and living in and around Cambridge I have a sound knowledge of the local area.

Why come to us:

I understand that communication is the key when it comes to property transactions.

It is well documented that moving house can be one of the most stressful things in life and that buying a house is one of the most significant purchases that can be made.  With this in mind, I will guide you through every aspect of your transaction, making sure that I am easily contactable and ready to answer any questions that you have or helping with any decisions that you have to make.  You will be able to contact me directly or, if I am unavailable for any reason, you will be able to speak with my personal assistant.

I ensure that you are kept as up to date as possible and will work closely with all parties to ensure that every transaction is dealt with efficiently and effectively.

What clients say:

“Laura quickly got up to speed on an unusual situation was helpful, informative, effective and most pleasant to deal with.”
