I started at Thomson Webb & Corfield when I qualified as a Solicitor in 1996. I became a partner in 2007.
What can I do for you?
I have a wealth of experience of the commercial property market in Cambridge and the surrounding region, but have worked on projects in London and nationally.
My clients range from the general person on the street to large companies, developers, banks and charities. I acted for Cambridge City Council in the leasing of its landmark properties and the restaurant Jamie’s Italian.
My work includes commercial leases, pub sales and complex development agreements. I have also been involved in large land deals, including the recent sale of 42 acres of land in Thetford.
Why come to us?
We work very closely as a team and pride ourselves on our consistency. We help our clients from start to finish; there is never a gap in service. That’s why so many clients come back to us and why we have good relationships with local surveyors.
We believe our clients should go into projects with their eyes wide open but we do not make things harder than they need to be. We find practical solutions and always serve our clients’ best interests.
The Commercial Property team does not take on work if we know it cannot be achieved in the required time-scale. But our professional and pragmatic approach means we can meet tight deadlines.
