The buyers were raising pointless arguments without moving things forward to complete my sale. The time taken for this transaction was totally out of proportion and depressing. Alison Blackman and Phil Howe handled it professionally and outstandingly. I was tempted to call off the deal and find a new buyer but this was not possible or practical. Alison acted for me brilliantly – I am very grateful for their work and thank them for their time and patience. I first was referred to Alison in 2014 when I purchased my house. She was excellent. When I sold my house a few years later, Alison helped me and I did not need a second choice. In this transaction I believe without her a lot would have gone wrong.
