I’m pleased Emma Stanley was willing to take on a shared ownership purchase. It was a long and complex process and our communication was great all the way. Emma was always quick to reply to my messages and chase the other parties when needed. When we were close to completion she was also quick to share any updates, no matter how small. She was professional at all times, yet friendly and warm.
