We have just successfully completed on a probate house sale. Emma Stanley and Louise Cutmore were excellent; they kept us informed of progress but did not ‘waste’ comms. They persevered to make progress even though the buyers solicitors were not that forthcoming/helpful.
I recommended them to my son who actually completed before us – he also commented that they were excellent up to and during a stressful exchange and completion day.
Given that our first buyer failed to exchange, the total fees and hours charged were very reasonable.
