I just wanted to give you feedback after the recent completion of the sale of my brother’s flat. All of your staff have been excellent, but a I would especially thank Laura [Hales] for her help, patience, promptness and expertise. I have had to deal with a lot of organisations and companies during the last year or so and most of them have provided a very poor service. It is nice to know that there are still companies that remain professional and go beyond. Thank you.
