Richard Lane was always on time for appointments at my home. Very pleasant man, willing to answer any questions and made sure we understood them.
I cannot think of anything more he could have done. Always on time, he came to me because I could not get to him. Smart, Shoes polished, pleasant to talk to. He always greeted us well – very,very nice person.
