I’ve been meaning to thank you for handling our sale and purchase so efficiently and with such sympathy for us two elderly persons whenever things became fraught.
The business of buying and selling seems to have become far more complicated than it used to be but we were impressed by the clarity with which you managed it for us. The final stages in which Gail was passing us information were, from our viewpoint, astonishingly smooth.
We have never regretted our decision to move from our former solicitors to TWC. Our LPAs have now been sorted and we shall contact Laura Hodsdon shortly about our Wills.
