Kelly Hall – paralegal working with Kathy Peak

About me:

I joined Thomson Webb & Corfield in 2001 as an office junior then transferred to reception where I obtained a NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration / Management.  After helping out in residential conveyancing I transferred to their team in 2007.  In 2012 – 2014 I studied to be a Paralegal through CLT (Bristol University) in Conveyancing and qualified in 2014.  I am a Fellow of The Institute of Paralegals.

What can I do for you?

I work alongside Kathy Peak and we deal with a range of residential transfers.  This includes sales and purchases – both freehold and leasehold – and dealing with transfers and re-mortgages.

Why come to us?

Cambridge has a thriving housing market and we have a busy and active residential property team.  We all really work well together.  The residential property team here thrives on recommendations from clients and we have good working relationships with local agents.  We get so much good feedback from clients, I love speaking to you all and know you are happy.
