About me:

Following qualification as a Solicitor in October 2013, I specialised in property law for a firm of solicitors in Cambridge.

I joined Thomson Webb and Corfield in August 2015 as a Property Solicitor and deal with a full range of Commercial Property and Residential Property transactions including some agricultural property matters.

What can I do for you?

I am able to deal with a wide range of commercial property matters including the grant of new leases and assignment and subletting of commercial leases (for landlords and tenants), purchases and sales of commercial property, sales and purchases of land for development purposes, option agreements, transfers and acquisitions on behalf of pension funds, mortgaging and re-mortgaging and first registration.

A particular interest of mine is purchasing land for residential development on behalf of the developer and dealing with the residential plot sales thereafter; my residential property experience means that I can provide a full service on such matters.  I also act for landowners in respect of the sale of development sites on a small and large scale.  I am currently working on behalf of a landowner on a multi-million pound sale to a well-regarded developer in the area.

My previous experience from working with agricultural property has given me the skills to think outside the box to achieve my clients’ goals. I am happy to discuss any query you may have in relation to your property transactions.
